UK and international delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours (weekdays), to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days through registered mail (Parcelforce/Royal Mail). In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as possible. We offer free postage on goods over £75 within the UK mainland only. Overseas posting is charged at an additional cost. Returns postage is not included.

Your right to cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch (normally the same day or next day). If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Making returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please note that we are unable to refund return postage. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You may want to send the goods Recorded Delivery but must also do so at your own charge. You may want to make sure you have sufficient insurance cover, especially when returning valuable products.

Gift returns

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item, the purchaser will be informed. If you buy the products as a Christmas gift (between 1 November and 25 December) you have 30 days to return it.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
